President's Message (March 2026)

Hello DARTS members!  

As I step into serving DARTS in a new role as President, I am honored to continue advocating for the vital work we do in and through the arts and special education. Our division has always been a place where collaboration and creativity come together to strengthen outcomes for individuals with exceptionalities. I encourage you to join us at the Council for Exceptional Children Convention & Expo and attend the DARTS sessions linked here. These gatherings are an amazing opportunity to connect and learn. And I look forward to furthering the mission of DARTS together throughout my term.

Bylaws

The Board has completed a draft of the proposed revisions to the DARTS bylaws and a copy is available at this link. We are asking all members to please review the updated document and share your feedback. Your input is important to ensure the bylaws accurately reflect the needs and direction of our organization. 

After reviewing the revisions, please submit your comments and suggestions using the Google Form linked here: https://forms.gle/XKyt4fABigJmJyJC6 We kindly ask that you submit your feedback by April 4th so we can incorporate member input before finalizing the revisions.
